Why my guy friends try to objectify me and treat it as a competition?

So one of my guy friends and I are somehow close that personal space is not an issue anymore. He is a bit touchy feely and has carried me physically when I needed help. All scenarios that we were touchy freely with each other was told to another guy friend and he said match up? All of these storytelling in front of me. What is this behaviour?

You should explain to him that the touchy feely situation is between you and him only. I don't mind touching and feeling but I do mind when you tell your friends. If you want to continue to tell your friends then we won't be touching or feeling anymore
