I've heard from many of my guy friends that they like seeing their girls in tight pencil skirts because it makes the girl look fierce and dominant. Only the right person can pull that dress off. Though it is semi-formal the little black or red dress that is typically sterotyped is stereotyped for a reason. Wear what you like but be conscious of what you are revealing to others and be conscious of that. (In other words if you dress like a whore, people will treat you like it with their eyes.)

Yup, if I'd let my mind race my heart would follow straight after. Hotness for guys depends mostly on suggestion. A completely naked girl is nowhere near as hot as one wearing lingerie and that's because men's interest runs off of their imagination. The hottest you can be in a guy's mind, is by letting his mind race ahead and draw you his own preferred way. Don't wear an eskimo's coat though. You're taking it too far then.

There's a difference between hot and fancy. The less clothes someone has on in general, the hotter they are (if they aren't obese), so short shorts qualify as hot.
In this case, that looks fancy/good, but I wouldn't use the term hot to describe it.

it's not lazy. the edges match with the edges of the bed, the screen is face down on the bed so nobody can see what apps or websites she uses. she may have been using it before getting dressed. and will put it away after the picture is taken
