These questions are always to be answered with a caveat-- yes, they're sexy, but only if the GIRL WEARING THEM is sexy. We do not care about what a girl is wearing, at all, if she herself is not pretty/hot. Guys don't care about fashion sense if we aren't also attracted to the girl. She isn't going to be wearing any clothes when we're in bed with her.
He was serious. For me, I wouldn't say "turn off", it's not a turn off, but it's not a turn on either. Indifferent. It doesn't look bad, but not really "sexy" either. Just is. If that's what she likes to wear though, it's fine. It looks good. But I wouldn't classify it as "sexy".
If theyre shorter than the one in the picture sometimes i think they look ok on the right person but usually i dont like them

Personally, pencil skirts are the only skirts I like.
I can tolerate certain maxi skirts, but I hate pretty much all other kinds of skirts.
