It’s expensive, it’s hard to wear for general fashion, it’s not appropriate in many social situations as it has more of a sexual connotation and it’s a lot to maintain

Yeah I know it’s relatively expensive, I probably wouldn’t encourage it being worn everyday, for social situations I believe it’s about confidence in yourself and the fact that it’s ridiculous that people plac sexual connotations on a material when it’s just a material. It is a lot to maintain, but if it’s only for special occasions then it won’t have to be maintained very often.

You’ve asked why people don’t wear it, I’ve answered. Just because something *can* look classy doesn’t mean there isn’t a stigma that comes with wearing certain clothing. That’s simply the reality we live in. It has nothing to do with confidence, what we wear is a representation of who we are as people and most like to keep who they are sexually something private for the one/s they’re going to be sexual with.

Yeah I understand you completely. It’s just frustrating how people can put such a stigma on a material that when worn with the right clothing looks classy (if someone wants to wear it) but still people have connotations towards the clothing. Do you get what I’m trying to say?

I do, but again; reality.
It’s like saying why can’t I go out topless, they’re just breasts but the reality is me having the confidence to go out topless has nothing to do with *why* I don’t - how people would react to me does based on the current social acceptability

True latex is hot, sweaty, and suffocates the skin. Also latex allergies are common.
