Is black hair and blue eyes an attractive combination on girls?

Question

Do dark hair and lighter eyes contrast well together? Personally I think the darkness of the hair combined with the blueness of the eyes makes this look stand out more than any other look I've seen, which gives it a unique pop. 
But I want to know what you think. What's your opinion on girls with this rare yet striking combination?

If Hair color and eye color were attractive traits then this would mean that there would be no ugly people with these characteristics. I have seen ugly people with blue eyes and black hair.. i have seen pretty people with brown eyes. Eye and hair color is not a factor.

I think it’s a beautiful combination, especially in cases 2 & 3 where the blue color of the eyes are more vivid.  I particularly love dark hair and blue (or green) eyes on guys.

I really don't think most men are observant enough to appreciate or reject such a combination. But let's say that you have this combination and it doesn't work. When a man sees you he immediately categorizes you. The more common categories are as follows:

Would have sex with
And that's pretty much what we're thinking about when we notice woman

You are looking for a validation of your own physical beauty, i am not going to do that. I will tell you that you can look like you got hit by a truck and still be beautiful, you can also be physically attractive and be one of the ugliest person. It all depends on perception

Its a nice look, but I tend toward redhead's first, blondes, second and burnettes third. Blue or Green eyes are almost equal in my book. So I'm probbably not the best judge of the combination.
