Everyone has flaws. I know a lot of men who have a bump.. ( it’s usually a result from a broken nose). If a girl asks about the bump, just tell her it was from a broken nose in a bar fight! Your hotness level would skyrocket to a 12 in seconds! Lol 😂
Of course. That person is LITERALLY not comfortable in their own skin on an EXTREME level to go to the lengths of surgery with all of the risks included.

What they REALLY need to fix is the mental side of the problem where it's rooted, because even after surgery there'll still be many issues there. And they may still get negative feedback from others as plastic surgery rarely looks natural.
First of all I really think it's best to address the root cause of the issue the person has with their bumpy nose? Because we're all human, we all have imperfections, they don't decide how lovable we are, they can actually even become endearing. If it's a huge bump (not just to you but also everyone else) then I can understand a small corrective surgery, but I doubt that's the case is it?
No I didn’t have a dorsal hump as a kid but got it over time because I’m half Jewish. I want to get a straight normal nose like I used to because I’d feel better about myself, like a lot, seriously. I already am short for a guy, have a quite noticeable scar on my neck, have a messed up voice due to messed up vocal chords, I just want to feel attractive and good looking. I have a strong jawline, nice cheekbones, eyes, hair, I just want a nice nose too.
Does the person feel with low self esteem from childhood trauma of some sort? Why are they placing a huge amount of their personal vale in this one thing (which is small in the bigger picture). I'd suggest living life experiences more at your age and developing more of a well rounded personality where you become comfortable with yourself before making any drastic decisions. One of my friends had a birth mark on her face when she was in school and this made her very self conscious inside as she'd always try to cover it with her cheek, but despite this she also had an amazing personality and was actually voted prom queen. She still has it to this day but it doesn't affect her any longer. It'a more about how you carry and develop yourself as a person than anything else. I know it doesn't always feel like it when you're young and concerned about peer pressure etc, but believe me, whatever you do you have to stay true to YOU and do it because You want it, not because you think it will make others view you differently, because what happens when it doesn't, you know.
I said I want it for myself. This is about me and my self esteem. It’s very hard for me to have multiple insecurities I’m sorry but it is. I already have my scar which gives me character and my voice. People stare at my scar everyday and finger their necks while talking to me. I would like my nose to be ideal, like it was when I was a kid. It’s not even like I’m adding something I never had. This is just something I personally need for my well being
Scars can be seen as attractive so don't worry about that. I get it, like I said we all have insecurities, despite the false perfections advertised on social media by everyone, but I just think you're at such a vulnerable age right now for any decision like that, and may well regret it in the future. I fractured my nose when I was a toddler actually and it's never been straight since then, and honestly, I've had no trouble and have always been told and show I'm fairly attractive by men and women alike.
I’m sorry you fractured your nose, and I’m glad things are working out for you. But people stare at my scar and then look away everyday and it... I just have to suck it up and deal with it. I have never felt normal, when I was 11 a little kid screamed at me and began crying like I was a deformed repulsive monster out of a horror movie and ran to his mom and began pointing at me, crying profusely and shrieking. I would like to feel good about myself and loveable and attractive. Please, can I just be allowed to have that?
Ah thanks but it''s okay, it's never been a problem for me. Are you sure that's what they're actually doing or are you just seeing it like that because you're so hypersensitive to it? You need to be careful here. Try acting like you're not bothered and you may notice they no longer are either. Honestly, for you not to feel normal as a child I'd say you definitely should address the psychological issues created there first before contemplating anything else. Children never look monstrous so something must have happened to cause that exaggerated belief in you. With a little willing work you could reverse it.
Well I think it might have been the sound of my voice that scared the kid and caused him to cry and run, which because of my damaged vocal chords sounded quiet and off as a kid. Now the scar thing yes maybe not everyone fingers their necks but people do stare and I’ve just gotten used to it. But the voice thing is really an issue of mine. This is an internal thing, I want to look and feel normal and good and loveable. I don’t want to feel like a monster
Oh yes, it is. You don't need to change your nose because you don't like it. Love yourself as you are. Self-love = self-worth. I would not want to get to know a person like that because they want to look like somebody else. Get it done if it is a medical problem. Not a self-esteem problem. Because now it's an indicator that they have other underlying mental health issues too.
No it just started developing cause I'm half jewish, when I was a kid my nose was straight and that's how a normal nose should be. I want to look normal and good
Look man; we all have things about us that we're might not like. Just accept it because it's in your DNA. No amount of cosmetic treatment will change that. Understand that your perception is very subjective, and you may be surprised to find others either won't notice, or might actually find you or your nose to be attractive.
You won’t change my beliefs, I’ve never liked myself or found myself a normal person, I’ve never felt like a person other people should be around, I’m sorry, it’s just the way I’ve felt
I hate to break it to you, but just because you feel a certain way, that dosen't warrent acting these feelings. Also, it's ultimately your choice and it's none of my business. I'm just giving my 2 cents. I'm not actively trying to change your beliefs, but if you do, good for you.
isn't it like putting on makeup? I know its permanent, but they are basically the same goal, change the way you look. Plus with the amount of money people spend on makeup, surgery might be cheaper for some them.

Uh no, it's not necessarily. I had a straight nose bridge as a kid, but it got a hump as I grew up, and now I really want to get it turned back since the technology is available, and I will look normal.
The only advice I can give for this is, if you want to feel look better eat clean, I'm going to teach how to do this soon but eat and stay alkaline, I have scars over my body, but I don't let them stop me, I have had a broken nose so this does not stop me, I'm balding this does not stop me any of this for me to do what i want to do!
Yep. I would classify those people as completely koo-koo. Also those people who want to look like Ken and Barbie so they get "extra" ribs removed so they can be skinny enough.

Why? Some of us just don’t feel good in our own skin
If you have enough money you can do whatever you want

Yeah but too much plastic surgery is definitely bad, a little light work while still being you, is fine in my opinion, but too much and you look fake and artificial
I actually find it interesting when i made a question about plastic surgery in general most girls defended it. But here girls are overwhelmingly against it! Lol

I don't think it's unhealthy tbh I think it's good that they're inspiring to be like someone and shouldn't be looked down on for it.
Do you think I need plastic surgery? I mean judging from my bio pic
Honestly, no.
Why?
Lol because you look fine.
But if u want to or were thinking about it to look more like someone else, then go for it.
Yes. But don’t ALL people get plastic surgery to look like someone else, even if it’s just to fit into ‘what is normal’... 🤔
Yeah, I know I want that, what do you think normal is?
‘Normal’ is usually dictated to us by society through trends, cultural norms, etc
I want to be normal-er
Why? Normal is dull and boring!
Look at my profile pic and tell me what you think
You are a very handsome young man! What do you want done? 🤔
Nose job, you can’t tell in that pic but it’s got a hump, and I’d just prefer it straight cause it was like that as a kid

Lol ok sure, but it’s not THAT bad, but still for my own insecurity and happiness, I’d like to get it taken care of
If it is going to make you feel better. Then there is no better reason. Just don’t do it just to ‘look normal’ like everyone else. Good luck 😉
That’s what i said lol
You can admire a change and correct some other change too, so i guess there's nothing wrong in getting one
what do you mean?
It is the most stupid thing a person can do, not to mention being dellusional or live in a fantasy world or something.
Why do people look like birds? I’m starting to notice people look like birds
birds how so?
Humans look like birds, if they have ears that stick out, I looked in the mirror and noticed I look bird like
I dont look like a bird
Yes you do, all people do
No. I think it's unhealthy to want to be another person.
There are some male models I wouldn't mind looking more like
Definitely, especially if it’s Kim Kardashian lmao woman looks like a cartoon
Lmao, why do people look like birds?
It’s genuinely terrifying
I think it’s because some people ears stick out and the nose is like a beak
ostriches don't have ears
or at least not ears that stick out..

What if the surgery is just something small like removing a hump for the nose to be straight?

Actually yeah about the scar if I don’t care other people don’t really care or don’t even notice if
Yes. Everyone has insecurities. But you have to accept the skin that you’re in and if you want, transform into a better YOU. Not someone else.
WELL that’s why I want to get a nose job. I don’t like the hump that formed and I want to remove it, I didn’t have it as a kid
That shouldn't even be a question. That should be a mental illness.
Lol nose job is not mental illness
Oh yes, it is. You don't need to change your nose because you don't like it. Love yourself as you are. Self-love = self-worth. Eykes, little harsh but alright
Do you love yourself as you are?
Yes, I do. And others who don't like it can screw it. Because I have people who love me for me and I don't care what others think.
That attitude is kinda attractive ngl
Yes. Is very unhealthy. Unless there's a serious defect, there is no good reason to undergo surgery like that.
Hump on nose bridge?
Yeah. That's normal. Was it a result of trauma, a fracture, or a disease?
No it just started developing cause I'm half jewish, when I was a kid my nose was straight and that's how a normal nose should be. I want to look normal and good
That's normal though. When you're a kid, your nasal bone would be small, and it tends to grow more in some people.
Dude. Embrace your nose. I'm sure it looks fine. Even if you think it didn't, just accept it. Be thankful you actually have a nose. Some people don't.
I hate it so much, i feel subhuman and unattractive forever. My dad has a normal nose, my moms nose has a hump
Look man; we all have things about us that we're might not like. Just accept it because it's in your DNA. No amount of cosmetic treatment will change that. How can I become successful in my job? How can I get a good career and become wealthy?
What does that have to do with plastic surgery?
It doesn’t, it’s just something I am focusing on that would make me feel happy and satisfied and proud of myself
Why are you so worried, dude? You're a good looking guy.
I don’t think so. What my bio pic?
isn't it like putting on makeup? I know its permanent, but they are basically the same goal, change the way you look. Plus with the amount of money people spend on makeup, surgery might be cheaper for some them.
Uh no, it's not necessarily. I had a straight nose bridge as a kid, but it got a hump as I grew up, and now I really want to get it turned back since the technology is available, and I will look normal.
Oh. To me thats perfectly fine👌.
I thought you were referring to changing your total appearance.
No, just an insecurity
No it's not healthy, there is billions of us and we are all different why be like some other fake person lol
I want to look more like a younger version of myself, is that bad? I would even use my own pictures to fix my nose bridge
Good job to you man, and I like your username
I’d be happy to read a take by you about it
I don't want to look like another person but I do want to feel good about myself if I had plastic surgery
Exactly, that’s how I feel, not another person but a more improved or nicer version of yourself, one that you like
@UnknownGagsUser If your profile pic is anything to go by you don’t need surgery to look good. Your gorgeous as is.
Yep. I would classify those people as completely koo-koo. Also those people who want to look like Ken and Barbie so they get "extra" ribs removed so they can be skinny enough.
Why? Some of us just don’t feel good in our own skin
And you don't think that a problem?
People purposely disfiguring their bodies so they can be "happy"?
There's a larger issue there in the mental health of the average person thinking they need to take such drastic measures to be happy or fit in.
I do think it’s unhealthy, of course it is, but some of us can’t help how we feel
But instead of getting emotional and mental help they take a really drastic and expensive steps
Getting emotional and mental help where? What is that realistically going to do?
Friends, family and proffesionals.
It'll help them realize they dont need to seriously modify their body to be happy and accepted by society.
I want acceptance and love and self confidence
And that can be achieved without surgery
How? Please genuinely tell me
Yes
It's one thing to want to correct a flaw that makes you feel insecure with yourself and another thing to want to become someone else
I agree
What are you planning to kill them in the middle of the night and try to take over their life?
If you have enough money you can do whatever you want
Yeah but too much plastic surgery is definitely bad, a little light work while still being you, is fine in my opinion, but too much and you look fake and artificial
It's sinful because you are idolizing another person besides the Lord Jesus Christ.
I think that celebrity and whoever is imitating them are trying to reach the same goal of that idolized idealistic face/body/beauty
Yes they are, that's exactly why, and I think it's understandable
I actually find it interesting when i made a question about plastic surgery in general most girls defended it. But here girls are overwhelmingly against it! Lol
Do you think a man getting a nose job is stupid?
Live and let live i say
Yeah I agree
Yes because you will never be able to look like yourself again.
I guess so, but what if it’s to change back to something you once had?
You cannot keep fixing your nose and go back and forth. Too many plastic surgery can leave it to become botched
I’ve never fixed my nose, I just want to get the bridge straightened
