Do you find people that have had plastic surgery unattractive?

I only want to get plastic surgery for my chubby cheeks and that is all the plastic surgery I want because I have alsways felt insecure about them for many years.
I am not overweight at all I just have chubby cheeks because of my genetics.
Other than my cheeks I am satisfied with the way I look

As far as celebrities go, it makes them look worse 9 times out of 10. Sometimes what happens is that they do a tiny modification. They look good but it's not because of the surgery. It's because they already looked really good and now they've only taken their looks down a little bit so they're still in the 'zone' of looking great.

Now IF a person was super fugly to start with, I mean to the point where people mistake them for being dudes or farm animals, they have nothing to lose. It's quite possible that minor tweaks will make them look better. MINOR TWEAKS. Not going crazy with re-sculpting everything or making huge increases in chest size. Also some parts of the body you should just never touch, in my opinion, like the butt. If you want a better butt or anything else that can be changed by exercise & nutrition then go that route.

Making somebody look good with surgery is an art. As in it takes an artist to do it right. An experienced one. Most plastic surgeons aren't that but they're not going to tell you that. They're going to lie and pretend they're better by showing you pictures of 'success stories'. Not mentioning that they didn't even do the work in the pictures.

Another mistake is people go shopping for plastic surgery like they're shopping for a deal at walmart. They think it's a plus to pay as little money as possible. See my last paragraph. A doctor who is really good at it isn't going to be a bottom feeder with a 2 for 1 deal, coupons, specials, charging less than you can buy top of the line luxury cars for. Get real. How would such a surgeon even maintain his 3 mansions, yacht, 5 luxury cars and 2 wives charging so little? He'd have to have high volume and be rushing through 15 patients a day or something. Maybe having his untrained cousin do the work when you're not looking. Who knows.

What if I told you that somebody won $1 billion playing the lottery. Does that mean it'd be a good idea for you to put all of your money into playing the lottery? Surgery is not like buying an ice cream and tasting it. You're making a change that is likely irreversible. Also people often get "little" side effects like nerve damage so they can never feel parts of their body again. Ever seen some of these celebs who can no longer move their faces? Looks like they'r wearing a mask. That's another possibility. Imagine if you couldn't feel half of your face or a whole side of your torso. It happens and while you'll spend the rest of your life that way, the doctor just says, 'eh', and moves on with his life. It's not their problem. They will say you knew the risks when you signed the papers. Is looking different worth the risk? I'd say no. Unless you were horribly disfigured to begin with.

Tell you something else.. I would never even think about marrying/having a kid with a woman who did a massive change or just a lot of small surgeries to how her face looks. If we had kids she would hate their natural look & try and brainwash them into getting surgery too. Also people who do plastic tend to get hooked on having surgeries and it becomes a never ending cycle of snipping until next thing you know they look unnatural. Even if they started with just a little tweak.

Because so many transwomen get cosmetic surgery now, I just associate anyone who's had it with being trans. That's the default "transperson" look now. Too many "Uncanny Valley" looking people out there, nowadays. So yes, aside from a good boob job, I find cosmetic surgery rather unattractive.

For me, it depends on the reason and what for. I know Mary Kate and Ashly Olsen had gotten plastic surgery to look the same as they did in Full House and I wished they didn't had to do that, if it was forced or not. Celebrities such as Nicki Minaj, I do not like how lazy she was to even try to do butt-workouts instead of paying thousands of dollars for a bigger butt. Now, isn't reasonable and much more cheaper to do butt-workouts instead of paying thousands for a butt?

Some people go to the extreme to get what they want. If my breasts become small after I've lost a lot of weight, I don't think I'd want any breast implants because anything can go wrong after surgery.

As long as it looks natural which it can I don’t find it unattractive. I don’t think anyone needs it though. I had a nose job and even though it looks better now I do have more trouble breathing. I have to wear nose strips more at night now. One day I will get another surgery to fix it so I can breath better. Just know that a lot of times there can be complications and it really doesn’t make you feel any better. I used to be insecure which is the reason I got it but now looking back I was pretty back then as well I just didn’t appreciate what god gave me.

All the men saying they don’t like plastic surgery are clueless liars. They will sit there masturbating and drooling over the most operated women and say they don’t like it. Yet the fact they prefer to get off on surgically altered bodies proves it’s more attractive than natural ones.

These are the same guys that say they don’t like melon but yet they will follow a girl with more makeup than one with zero makeup.

Surgery when not in overt exaggeration will always upgrade a person. Surgeries that make your ass round and plump without being exaggerated in size will always make men desire you more not just sexually but marriage too, as it slims your waist and a subtle fat transfer to the breast to make them more round if not overly exaggerated innocent even tell if it’s natural or not, most won’t even think it’s fake, and the same goes for the lips, a subtle plumpness will make your face look more kissable or nicer to look at.

It is when these sizes are exaggerated or too upturn that make it apparent that it’s fake making you look funny, weird, or just old and doesn’t flatter anything.

Even nose jobs, a perky nose will make you look 10 times more attractive but if it’s too turned up then it looks operated and might not look so great.

But it does suck when everyone starts to look the same like you say all girls have the same nose there lol 😂 that’s funny I wanted to go get my nose there too the videos were everywhere of ugly girls transformed, it makes a huge difference on some.

All my nieces got surgery, waist slimmed, plump butts, nose job, buccal fat removal, lip injections and veneers (fake lashes and tinted eyebrows)

they don’t look fake. They look like girls from soap operas now, the pretty ones.

they now all have 2 children and still look great!

my point is, men do like surgically enhanced workmen regardless of what they say. It’s botched people who are looking like science experiments that they don’t like and believe that that’s the way every surgically enhanced person looks and that’s not true.

I used to be against it but met a girl that changed my mind on it. Her breasts naturally developed abnormally lopsided. Noticeable in clothing. She was insecure about it for years.

Got some nice fake tits and looked a lot better. Insecurity gone. Got some quality ones too that bounce naturally, not balloon swingers. There is such thing as a good boob job and a bad boob job.

She had a good one and for good reason so I can't hate on it. Plus she looks better 🤷‍♂️. Other forms of plastic surgery I feel similar about. If there was a clear deficiency like a cleft lip, an offset jaw. Something. There's nothing wrong with getting surgery to fix it.

People can say it's just superficial, but a lot of the times it will radically change that person's life experience for the better not just from personal security with themselves, but how other people treat them

Well once someone gets addicted to those surgeries is when the real issues happen. I think most people COULD handle one or two surgeries and everything still looks good. But once people can't stop getting them it's just a shit show. There was a gal from one of the teen mom shows on mtv that truly wasn't a bad looking girl at all. She was fairly attractive in my opinion. But then she got a taste of celebrity status a wanted more. She ends up getting a few things done and still had the good looks. She had a sex tape "leak" (sidenote- her partner on there "leaked" was a well known male pornstar. What a crazy accident. I don't think that one was too planned out.) and after that she wanted to get a couple more things done and now she looks like a circus freak. She ruined a great thing she had going. It's really sad.

only times I think it’s acceptable is

1# It needs done because of health medical issues like if you had surgery on your face or something that’s understandable.

2# you were in an accident or get disfigured.

otherwise the only other reason it’s done is 100% insecurities. And when someone is so insecure about themselves that they’d pay thousands of dollars to have some cut into them and alter them in such a way.

Is really unattractive to me especially when it’s for something minor.

I wouldn’t touch the cheeks. You’ll appreciate the extra passing as you age. Peoples cheeks go down and if you have high cheekbones to start with you can look quite severe as you lose fat. Your chubby cheeks now will have you looking 18 when you are 35.

In the case of someone getting plastic surgery due to a medical issue, I have no issue. But past that I find it more worrisome then unattractive. Because if a person is so insecure about themselves physically they are willing to go under the knife to fix a perceived issue, it can often point to an issue that should be seeking help to deal with. So plastic surgery, be it a man or woman getting it, is simply a risky attempt to cover up a deeper issue.

Depends how much surgery they have. A lot of people go too far to the point where you can tell without having to see what they look like before. It’s unattractive when you look like a plastic doll lol
But when you get good surgery, usually the changes are so subtle that it looks natural.

3. Burned - fire, chemical, water etc
4. Hit by something - baseball, tree branch, hail etc.

No completely depends on the doctor who did the work and the persons face themselves. There are a lot of examples of horror stories but there are a lot of examples of success stories as well. My only issue isn’t the surgery itself but if you have kids and they come out ugly because the surgery made the person beautiful and hit crazy features like big noses or diseases.

Some forms of surgery, like the rhinoplasty in the picture, can make someone more attractive. People walk a fine line though and often times take it to extremes that often disfigure or mutilate a face in unnatural looking ways. I think the nose job is one of the few that, when done right can serve to drastically increase attractiveness.
