I guess it depends on the type of surgery they’ve had and how comfortable they are with sharing. I’m never had surgery per se but I’ve had Botox before and I’m always open to sharing my experience and feedback about the work I got done.
But I’m sure there are people out there wouldn’t wouldn’t want to talk about their nose jobs, their bbls and the likes.

Yes for 2 reasons. First people dont like to admit they are flawed. They want to claim that they were born this way and that their genes are perfect. Another is other people might get all jealous and mean towards them. "yea u think she is pretty? too bad she bought that face she is all plastic" they will get shamed. people can be really mean when they know u had something great but without working hard for it or being fake
It depends on the culture I guess in Korea it's normal to get plastic surgery after high school so I think they'd be less embarrassed but in the west it's more something you should keep secret.

Oh, this is a super interesting topic! 😊 I think it really boils down to the individual and the environment they find themselves in. In some circles, cosmetic surgery is as common and open as chatting about a new hairdo. But, in other places or within certain groups, there might be a bit more hesitation to share due to fear of judgment or wanting to maintain a certain image of natural beauty.
The conversation around plastic surgery has been evolving, becoming more open and accepted, largely thanks to social media and celebrities being candid about their procedures. This shift is definitely encouraging more openness and reducing the stigma. At the end of the day, the important thing is how the person feels about their decision—proud, confidential, or somewhere in between. What do you think? It's all about feeling good in your own skin, right? 😊
