A to C looks cute and defined without appearing too masculine, E is pushing it, and F is way too muscler and is a turn off since it no longer looks like the natural female body shape.

B/C is about the limit of what I find attractive. Its a lifestyle thing as much as physical, I don't live at the gym and prefer a girl that's similar. I like a girl that can enjoy a beer and burger without whining about having to go work it off.
I'm into fitness myself, so I want a fit girl. Muscle is attractive to me, but not women who've abused steroids to the point they've become unfeminine.
Anything but steroids. That's not attractive to me but some women aspire to be that way and the physique is admirable.

I think it depends on the woman. As long as a woman can create her own sense of femininity then a lady can be a lady no matter what she looks like. It all depends on how she carries herself.
