+1 yI'm sorry but, if I workout, take care of myself etc and look fit, I expect my boyfriend to do the same.
I take inspiration from my father, he had broad shoulder and a six pack until he was 38. Now that he's 45 he's more relaxed, but still fit and built and able to beat someone up should need be.
And I expect the same from my boyfriend/husband. I want someone who will look after themselves and be healthy not waste away as a couch potato. If so they can go find an equally ugly and overweight wife!12 Reply- +1 y
@Smegskull True, but it's all about priorities. My father was a junior in banking, he worked from 9am until midnight some days. Still found the time to wake up at 6 to run and workout. Then again, he's a very type A committed person. Not everyone can be like him.

+1 yFor me, he has to be between average to fit. I work out regularly, so I expect my partner to be in shape as well. He doesn't have to be a gymrat or have a six pack, but he has to be at least be in good physical shape.
In other words, he has to be able to at least keep up with me.13 Reply- +1 y
Everyone on "Mr Olympia level" abuses steroids.
Arnold won 7x mr olympia, he started with steroids at age of 14 or 15.
That down on photo "steroids" is phill heath who also won 7x mr olympia.
And its possible that guy under "very fit" also uses steroids or he workout over 10 years and have perfect genetic.00 Reply
Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yVery fit definitely used PEDs.
Personally I have bad muscle building and would likely need steroids to hit the fit level but many guys could hit that much without.
Of course every guy other than your dad bod likely needs to eat clean if they’re beyond like 23.01 Reply
Opinion Owner+1 yLol on your confirmation that “fit” is a year after average guy.
100% steroids on every guy you classed as for or higher.

I play a decent amount of sport, no longer do cross country but used to as a youngster, play tennis, play football, play cricket but this is going to be the first year I'm not going to play for a sporting team on a weekly basis, I'm going to let work take a precedent so may only play on a rare basis. I Still think I can compare with most people on this app on a sporting basis, though @1828avaava1828 may disagree, especially in a 30 second knock! lol

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yFor my age group I'd say B or C. It is pretty hard but not impossible for a man over 50 to be the D group. This man is 80 and he started working out at 50

+1 yAverage who works out occasionally, to very fit but me Olympic level is too much for me I used to have a buff boo and he would hurt me during sex and not in a good way as in he was actually a little too strong for me and he would bruise me up easily
10 Reply2.2K opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. id say the 4th is ideal...
I see girls choosing 5 but 5 is too much even, that guy will be all about the gym everyday it will consume him
4 is a good balance of pushing the limits, looking good but not having it totally consume you10 Reply
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yHere are my favorites in order of preference:
1. Fit.
2. Very fit.
3. Average guy who works out occasionally.
4. Average thin guy.20 Reply

Is the average thin guy really average? I thought it takes work to have even that amount of definition.22 Reply- +1 y
@Wizzbang I think the guy labelled as average looks good too.

00 ReplyYou realize Arnie was on roïds do you? Anyways the one on "fit" selection is the most aesthetic and still there is 80% chances he uses roïds or sarms.

1. Yea, but he did it under a doctor's watch, he didn't abuse them like it is done nowadays.
2. Not every guy that is fit is on steroids, I don't thing the superdit one uses them. I have seen plenty of guys like that in the gym, it takes many years to achieve, but it is not unachieveable by natural ways. Actually, picture 3 and 4 are the same guy. He got this transformation in less than 1 year. If he managed that, then the superfit version is achieveable too. - +1 y
I have guy friends who hit the gym. I don't know how quick they got their results but they are natural all the way. Some guys have better genes than other. Stop acting like every guy who looks ripped is on roids. As far as I know a guy can put up to 10-12 kg. of muscle. in a year without steroids, so yes, that transformation is achieveable with proper diet and training. Most people don't get proper diet and don't try hard enough, so that is why they don't get the same results.
- +1 y
Those are not assumptions... look it up. online, that is how. much a man can gain in his first year... and I know plenty of guys who work out and are pretty build too. Thwy are not. on any gear, they just eat and train right. The guy in the picture doesn't seem to be at a body fat that is not sustainable.

"1. Yea, but he did it under a doctor's watch, he didn't abuse them like it is done nowadays."
Everyone who is on that level of bodybuilding go to doctor every few weeks/months. If they didn't check their body results and blood they would die after few years probably.
And maybe they look like idiots who abuses steroids but trust me they know every inch of their organs and how everything works. - +1 y
Nope, there have been plenty of cases when they died at 30 or. younger due to steroid abuse. You can tell by their appearance they are taking way more than Arnold or other bodybuilders in that time. Arnold didn't take enough for me to say his appearance is mostly due to steroids. He could achieve a close look without them. I can't say the. same. about the last guy. Without steroids he wouldn't be close.
- +1 y
And that doesn't look. like 6%, more like the regular 10-12%. He is the regular ripped guy.
- +1 y
First of all body fat has nothing to do if someone uses steroids or not.
There are 100 types of steroids.
Arnold lost his testicle due steroid abuse in early age.
Phill heath is just genetic freak and diffrent genetic then arnold did.
And being big and being olympia is not same. Anyone can take steroids and be big. And chance to compete for my olympia is literally hardest thing in world to achieve.
Educate ur self a little, you can't teach me xd
