Do you think tall women can wear heels?

Question

I’m very tall and thin so whenever I wear heels my mom tells me I look like crazy...
In general I feel like people think tall women with heels look ridiculous. What do you think about it? Regardless of what everyone says imma still wear my heels cuz I look FIERCE

There's no law against it, but many guys don't like looking up at their girlfriends, especially if her heels make her several inches taller than him. Considering the whole point of heels is to make women appear taller and thinner while making their assets appear more proportionate, a tall and skinny girl probably doesn't need to wear heels in the first place, and therefore in my opinion shouldn't wear them due to the potential for serious foot and ankle damage that comes with them.

Both of my ex’s were almost my height and I’m 6’1. Both tall and attractive. Both of them were insecure about their height as hell. I convinced them to wear heels after some time and own their height and be proud of it. Being tall gives off an aura of power and confidence. I think that tall women are very attractive and men who feel less masculine around taller women were never very masculine in the first place.

My whole life, friends, family, strangers have made fun of me for being tall, and it's truly the one aspect of me physically that I have zero insecurities about. I wear heels because I WANT TO. If someone else is feeling some type of way about that, their thoughts are none of my business! I feel confident, I feel beautiful, and I feel sexy in a pair of heels and if I let every idiot who had something to say about it rule my life, I'd be missing out on that feeling.

They can! Like any other women/girl out there, the only reason people might not is bc since we're already "tall" & usually taller than most of our friends with heels we would be a lot taller in height difference ( :

Yes, yes, YES. Don't care about what shorter people think of it. If you like wearing them, just do it! I myself am around 5'11 and I get the weirdest looks when I wear my high heels and short girls almost get offended because of it😂 But I like the look and they make me feel confident, so I let them talk🤗

Other then that. It’s not my thing. I mean. People can wear whatever they want. I’m not saying women shouldn’t wear them. It’s subjective.

I think it adds to your long legs, but to answer your question, tall women can absolutely wear heals. If you have a date or a partner who's not very tall it might be a bit condescending to him to wear heals as the guy usually wants to be taller, so I'd say it depends on what you're wearing the heels for

I think so. I think the purpose of heels is more to accentuate the calf muscles and butt and tilt of the lumbar spine. It has more to do with posture than height. I never saw it as about height.

There might be differing opinions - Some might say that you are overpowering partners by being taller than them but I think heels are made for someone with long legs, if you got it, flaunt it.

When I see a tall woman wearing heels, or a tall man, for that matter, my tendency it to think they have a low self esteem, and need something artificial to boost their self opinion, as they are already tall, and need to be even taller around people.
