In my opinion, as long as the tattoo is somewhere where it it easily covered it’s ok.

Tats on the neck, head, wrists & hands are all in bad judgment, because that affects your ability to make money. Either harder to get employed or you show bad professional taste if you run your own business.

Tats on the back, shoulder, upper arms, thighs & private areas are more easily covered & I have no problems with.
