The #1 thing that determines a women's SMV (Sexual market value) is looks - which includes her weight.

For men intelligence only matters for their SMV in so far as he can translate intelligence into social-economic status.

When it comes to dating a woman, no. Intelligence is not important. Being caring and sweet and great with kids and obedient to the man are the most important qualities. Intelligence can often even be a bad thing if it means they think they are too smart to obey their husband or too smart to only care for their family and need a career even at the expense of their kids or husband.
