Do you find cellulite unattractive?

To me, it seems like the main thing to shoot for with body form is functionality. Bodies fit enough to be readily capable of varied physical activity are more generally found more attractive to more people. As for cellulite, it can largely be much more a matter of personal taste. One thing to note is that women with more accumulation of healthy fat stores around the pelvis, hips and lower abdomen are actually in better shape for providing sustenance to a developing baby before birth. Since sexuality is instinctively intimately tied with reproduction, this trait is naturally appealing to many men in the women we're interested in. At the same time, we are all individuals, and highly varied opinions are possible, just as highly varied personalities and perceptions in general are found when we see people more for who we really are, more than presuming stereotypes to hold true as a rule.
Omg, these has been going on far to long , think about it these way. Your 18 to 25 your body will hold up to nearly anything you do to it. Now your 26 it's starting to show it's wear and year from your life choices. Now your 30 and your skin with out much needed care will slowly loosen each year. That's why breasts drop and loose there luster. That's why things happen like this. So when you think why does she have cellulite? It's inevitable. some people are lucky enough to be able to get rid of it there's are not whether you have money or your poor you're going to look old once you get to that point
Don't be made insecure. Cellulite and stretch marks are apart of life. I remember when I was in my teens and was super self conscious because I was developing a lot of strech marks and none of the other girls I knew had them. Took me a LONG long time to figure out that they're just part of life. Some people are more prone to it than others. I'm sure there are things you can do to minimize it but, meh, you're a woman. Women have these really human problems. And I hope you embrace it, because I stopped wearing girly things for awhile becausr of my insecurity. Which in my case, made me feel worse. So I hope that you know, and learn from my mistake, and just accept it and own it. Even hot people have flaws and that's what makes people attractive and very human.
I've been reading through, and the women's section is SUCH a better read than the male's section! lol 😊 How refreshing this is! Beautiful answer! 🙂
It's so true. Both cellulite and stretch marks are a part of life for not only most women, but guys as well. Even guys can have cellulite and stretch marks too! 😮 The misplaced "stigma" our culture has tells us that guys "can't" or "shouldn't" have either stretch marks or cellulite, but the fact is, no one is immune to it. That's a part of the human body and as you so eloquently put it, even the "hottest" people among us - even superstars - have it, so there's absolutely no reason to be "ashamed" of any of it at all. To me anyway, they're both just a different kind of beauty. 😊
More than anything though, I believe it's the cosmetic industry, as well as the media that plays a hand in telling women they are "flawed" with the products and marketing they push at us all. It not only negatively affects women and girls, but it distorts the lens of what guys perceive of what "is" and "isn't" beautiful. I went into this in a little more detail in another reply to someone's post if you're at all interested in reading it. 😊
But I just wanted to say your post was awesome. You made very valid and healthy points based on experience and growth as a person. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
@BlueWalker thanks! That made my day. And I completely agree with everything you said as well. You made a valid point. And I think that's the first time I've ever said that on GAG! 😂
The media is such a joke. Constantly telling both men and women their not enough. And by what standard? Who's standard? They can't possibly speak for 7 billion people. But, alas, it's still weighs heavy on a lot of folks!
Well said 🙌
@This_is_my_username Sorry for such a LONG reply! lol 😊
But hey, you're more than welcome! You're too kind! 😊 Your post made my day too though! Seriously! 🙂 It's so incredibly refreshing and re-affirming to see your sentiments and your healthy outlook on having, and not being afraid of cellulite and stretch marks. Your words are pure and inspirational. 👍
I just hope there comes a day when our culture can rid itself of this false narrative of them being "ugly" or a "flaw". Because not only do most guys either not care or can even be genuinely attracted by them, but more importantly, the insecurities this false narrative can cause can be so damaging for women and girls in particular with how they view their bodies. Let alone all the other BS certain industries and the media can negatively affect and inflict upon us all. 🙁
But completely agreed again! The media and the cosmetics industry is a sad joke. As you said, how they constantly tell both women and men that we aren't good enough. How they constantly tell us that there's something about us that needs to be "fixed", and the damage that does. Not only to ourselves, but also in how it can distort how we view others as well. (more)...
Again, as you said, by what standard? And to what end? What good is all this if all it does is cause us to be so insecure about ourselves, as well as how we can even treat and interact with other people? But the way they create these insecurities simply to make money off if us is not only awful, but irresponsible and immoral in my opinion. This pervasive sense of vanity insanity needs to end, because it is so unhealthy for us all. 🙁
But yes, unfortunately these things certainly can weigh heavily on people's minds, whether they recognize it or not. However, it gives me great hope seeing your comments and reading the women's comments here as well. I was struck at how positive, accepting, and even downright secure and resolute the women who have replied have been with how they view cellulite and stretch marks. I can only hope, in time, that this becomes a new dawn and the new way of thinking. Because it's such a beautiful and healthy way of thinking. There's nothing "wrong" with us at all. We're beautiful just the way we are. 🙂 Stripes and dimples, and all! 😊
I'm just happy what I said resonated with you, because what you said resonated with me as well. 😊 Again, thank you for sharing! 🙂
Most girls have it, so? People certainly look better without it, but i doubt it is a big thing. It is a part of the aging process. Eating healthy and execise can help a bit, but to make it completely gone is not possible unless you had very litle to begin with or you undergo sugery. I doubt most guys would care as long as the rest of you is healthy looking.
Mine went down a bit since I started fitness, bu I still have some. However, I am not bother by it that much anymore. I don't expect myself to be perfect. If you want to reduce it you can try changing your lifestyle, but don't obsess over it.

Yes they are. I have them on me. But whatever, cover them up or don't give fs on whoever sees them. Your body. The right people will like you for you no matter what you look like. Cellulites are like stretch marks. Consider them adornments lol
YES!!! Awesome answer! 😊 Completely agreed! Well said! 👏🏻
@Pinay_ako You're welcome! 😊 I forgot to mention how I loved how you called them "adornments". So cute and such a healthy way to see them! Well put! 😊
@Pinay_ako That's awesome. Give yourself the power to be loved, instead of it lying in the hands of others. Respect. 👍 Take care and have a nice day! 🙂
I voted "cellulite is fine". 😄 Not only that, but I'll take it another step further: it can even be attractive. 😉 Seriously! It's not like a "prerequisite" or anything, but if a woman has cellulite, yes! It can most certainly be attractive. 😊 Same goes for stretch marks. 😉
From everything I've ever heard from other guys in my lifetime, and have read here on GAG, this poll only confirms what I already know in that there always seems to be roughly a 2/3 (67%) to 3/4 (75%) average of guys who either don't care, don't mind or who can actually find cellulite and stretch marks GENUINELY endearing and attractive. I tend to fall into that camp. 😊 Again, it's not a "prerequisite", but if she has cellulite or stretch marks, or both, then I'm a happy guy either way. 😊
Learn to love your stripes and dimples! Because us guys already do. 😉🙂
I just wanted to add I just had a read through all the comments here so far (after the first day of this being posted), and what amazing responses from the women! 😊 How refreshing it was to see how generally positive and accepting they are about cellulite and even stretch marks! It gives me hope for the future in hopes that we can beat this horrible false narrative in our culture about cellulite and stretch marks being "ugly" or being a "flaw". Of course, there will always be a certain relatively small portion of people who may not like something, and to each their own I guess, but from a male's perspective, and as the poll so clearly shows, most guys just don't mind and don't worry about these things at all.
I just hope for any women out there who reads who is feeling self-conscious about herself, that you can begin to feel a bit of a sense of ease and relief about yourself if you have either cellulite, stretch marks, or both. Because god damn it, you're beautiful just the way you are! 🙂
*who reads this
I view cellulite as I would wrinkles on a perfectly fine piece of bread. Sure it may not look as appealing to me, but it won't make the bread any less tasty.
Nice buns are always welcome!
I'm sure you probably want opinions from guys your age and not 30 year olds commenting on your 16 year old body. I'm sure you look fine. I don't know who is in that bikini pic but I really don't see a problem with it. Yea it's different but dont really bother me. Feel free to message me if you want to talk about it.
Do you think men that could get with her would only choose to fuck her in positions that show this side of her? I know I'd get off way better seeing her beautiful face go through different facial expressions of pleasure. Cellulite is typically unattractive just like fat, hair in different places and skin colour to some. Remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You're 16. Forget about this stuff it's not important. 😊
Straight men don't care. Homosexual men and mean women are the ones pointing it out and acting like its a big deal. No offense to gay guys but I know you like tearing down women sometimes especially when you are jealous of the men they get. Honestly most straight guys are confused and don't know why they should care about stuff like this. Then there are the a holes who use a womans insecurity against them so they don't realize the guy is a total loser.
Ugliness boulds up from inside. You have used the insecure which is a strong word. Your body is your alone. Anyone who wants to be with you must see you not the body, the body changes any time, that's the beauty of it. Learn to love yourself and others will do to. The point is there is nothing wrong with you at all. Don't just stick around with people who makes you insecure.
It's fine, no big deal. Most women I know have it somewhere on their body, even very slender ones. Even men can get it, it's just more hidden underneath hair...
I don't think cellulite should be the focus for anyone's concern.
From the picture I'm gonna say that no you are attractive and you look absolutely beautiful woman I've been with have some too but I think that is actually pretty good to touch I guess it's just a little more supple
I do find fat, worthless cellulite unattractive, which is why I'm all for impeaching the dumb-bastard!
Ah yes politics on something about looks lol. Seems about right.
Anon is trioggered. Need a tissue?
@October808 / Your mother is trioggered, have you ever found out the name of your real daddy?
"Cellulite" is a fiction of the cosmetics industry that want to sell "treatments". So what if you have a bit of subcutaneous fat? Some curves help attract guys.
COMPLETELY agreed about how the cosmetics industry in particular creates products and ad campaigns that create insecurities and make women feel like shit about themselves, just so they can sell them products they don't need for a "problem" they never had to begin with. 🙄😕
This culture of vanity insanity we all live under - whether it's through the lens of the media, social media, the beauty industry, pop culture, etc. - is not only distorting and harming women's sense of self-esteem and self-worth, it can distort guys' view of women as well. And for what? The insecurities and damage these industries can create is awful and immoral in my opinion. It's terrible and only seems to be getting worse with time. 🙁
If this poll shows anything, it's that guys either simply don't mind, or in other cases, guys can even find cellulite attractive (such as myself). Same for stretch marks for that matter. I just wish every woman could know how most guys ACTUALLY feel about it, because I hate the insecurity so many women have about having cellulite or stretch marks when the vast majority of guys simply don't care. 🙁
unless you can spend 8 hrs a day in the gym and get cellulite treatments from a spa, we all have it...
i genuinely find it kinda sexy, i'm not into girls who look like sticks and are all flat with no breast or ass. Don't misunderstand me i'm not implying that i like obese girls but a little weight never hurt anybody.
Here we go again with quack dr nonsense and other nonsense about the whole thing in the comments.
Mismatching life style for their body gives many humans fat cellulitis.
Yes It's unatractive for some all to a fetish.
That's just how it is.
I think that it is pretty hot.
would not deter me from being with a girl. if she otherwise had a good personality and was generally healthy.
Some cellulite is unavoidable. What guys don't like is when there is so much cellulite that her skin takes on a "cottage cheese" type look.
I only pursue women who have some amount of cellulite on their asses and thighs. There can be too much of a good thing, but it’s mostly just lovely jiggly padding I need to get my mouth on. I’m a freak for it.
Gross
No there is beauty in large asses with the right amount of cellulite.
... no
No one needs to like cellulite. It's a part of living like breathing.
It's not a real deal breaker.
It s definitely not attractive but not a major issue. Plus most girls have a bit of cellulite but you can manage it with your diet and daily exercise.
Everyone gets cellulite! It's really not a big deal. Even the super skinny girls get it
YES!!! Good point! There seems to be this false narrative that skinnier/more fit women can't have it either. But that's simply not true. Even women (and guys!) who have never been overweight or obese can have cellulite and stretch marks. It's a little less common, but certainly by no means "uncommon" either. We're all human! 🙂
@BlueWalker Exactly! I'm medically considered "extremely underweight" but I still have stretch marks! And I honestly don't care about it because it's fairly normal
Yep! Everyone thinks stretch marks and cellulite are always weight-related. But it can also be caused by sudden, normal growth spurts and pure genetics. The idea that the only people who have it are either "overweight or obese" is false and highly misinformed. ANYONE can have them, no matter what weight they are, and no matter the history with their weight they may have had! But I am so glad to hear you don't care about the stretch marks you have, because that is SUCH a healthy way to view them.🙂
For me, stretch marks and cellulite aren't just something to "accept", but something to embrace and even love. I'll level with you: I was heavy as a teen and I lost 80 pounds when I was 16. From the age of about 12 through to the age of 16, I slowly developed stretch marks on my lower belly, upper arms and very upper legs. For many years I absolutely DESPISED them and for the longest time was also indoctrinated by the false narrative that "only women should have them", which is SO untrue! It wasn't until the last couple of years that I have actually begun to embrace and even love mine. I still have a little ways to go, but for the first time in my life I can see them and GENUINELY love them. Now I can honestly say I wouldn't want my body any other way! 😄 It's funny how that can work though. Having them and hating them, yet in my case, absolutely ADORING and being fully attracted to them on women. Same for cellulite. 😊 It's odd how that conflicted double standard can happen, but I'm just happy to be in a much better place about mine. 😊 I'm so happy to see you have a healthy sense about your own. 👍
Thank you so much for your reply! Take care and all the best to you! 😊🙂
They're atrracted to the idea of cellulite (Scarlet) but turned off by the ideal (reality of).\
It honestly doesn't bother me at all. It's not a flaw in my eyes.
Totally agreed! 😄
It really depends on other attributes, men find it disgusting on unfit women, when they are fit it matters less
This is the correct answer.
It's unattractive but not necessarily a dealbreaker, as long as the rest of her body is good.
I think it's personally fine everyone isn't perfect so don't beat yourself up
I don't really think it matters as long as you're fit
Yes, apparently, Scarlett Johansson has cellulite. That amount is fine for me. And she's hot, because she's curvy.
It's unattractive, but not a deal breaker if you look at a man with the eyes she makes on a film the need to kiss you would be unavoidable
it honestly depends like if you're curvy then it's acceptable in some cases.
On the other hand if it's extreme it's definitely disgusting.
But then again too each their own & beauty is in the eye of the beholder
If women would stop hiding it, and it was a more common site, no one would give it a second thought. It's normal, natural, and sexy. Same thing with stretch marks...
Not at all, almost everyone has it and even if you workout and eat well you can still have it. Embrace it, confidence is much sexier than not having cellulite 💕
Good answer! Besides, most guys don't care or can even be genuinely attracted to it anyway, so it's all good! 😊
I'm not into white women anymore.
I don't have to worry about cellulite.
Women of all colours get cellulite
I only notice it on white ones.
@wankiam
You don't say?
Hmm... I guess I just I just don't like white women.
My bad, thanks.
@wankiam
I agree.
Just maybe black women are nicer so I don't notice it.
@tiajoka
I'm white, I know all about white women.
They're not nice to me.
I like other races of women better anyway.
@tiajoka
I asked a question to white women asking what they liked about white guys?
All I got is one angry white woman giving me a lecture about white people thinking they're special.
She completely missed the point.
She doesn't have anything nice to say about white men.
I didn't get any other white women replying.
I guess they don't like us.
It is what it is.
I've got other options.
thee is a strange phenomena on g@g and im sure on other sites too where if you ask a question one way you get one set of results and if you aske the same question in a slighlty different way you can get the exact opposite in comments... really easy to do with political stuff but it will apply to race questions too as its so emotive to so many people
@wankiam
They hurt my feelings.
I also asked the same question to an Asian woman on gag and she gave me things that she liked about white guys easily.
No drama, no bullshit.
I think the choice is obvious for me.
Dude I'm like republican so that sjw stuff you're talking about makes me laugh. Thats honestly only half the white women, and so I guess you only found the ones who are like that. I mean I like white men also for different reasons then I like black. They have softer features generally, and yeah thats about it like I'm pretty physical with prefrences because I know every person is different.
I do like other countrymen though because I like listening to them talk about where they're from.
@tiajoka
I don't know what you're saying.
I don't speak white woman anymore.
All I heard is blah, blah I like black guys.
Okay then.
Have a nice day.
@tiajoka Oh, more angry spoiled white woman crap.
Another misguided lecture.
Its the most common thing along with stretch marks. Granted not everyone has heaps, i dont have that much but its still there and shouldn't be seen as a bad thing
Yes! Such a beautiful and healthy way of thinking! 😊 Totally agreed! It isn't, and shouldn't be seen as a "bad" thing, because you're right! It isn't! Thanks for sharing and helping to change the needless negative stigma around having stretch marks and cellulite. 👍🙂
Anyone who has a problem with it is immature and doesn't live in reality.
Cellulite on a girl is only natural, i don't find it unnatractive.
Perfectly normal...
I accept a woman as she is, cellulite too.
I personally find cellulite attractive... I get hard sometimes looking at it especially areas near the underarms
It's not a problem. I'm curious what you look like though
I hope you’re kidding. Scarlett Johansson is not example. She’s hot af
Nope. Nothing hotter than supple skin my fingers sink into.
Complaining about cellulite is a good way for guys to keep girls self esteem low.
Omfg, me personally don't care. It might be hot, it might be trash...
I think , Your face much beautiful than back side..
Most men are pervert and feminist cuck. They find attractive to every women. No matter how they look.
It's more than fine. I think it looks nice.
Agreed. 😊
It's common that I don't see it as anything ugly
Can I ask you a question
I have a lot and I adore them
Personally it's my biggest turnoff.
I've had ex's with it and it never bothered me.
I think it's hot, I like little imperfections
Nobody bis perfect don't worry kid
thank u so much for asking this question
Its all part of being a primate
It’s fine and you look beautiful
Who said cellulite is not sexy?
Lol seriously 🙄
LMAO
Cellulite is normal for many women. If I'm into her than I will find many of her flaws sexy
Likewise thinking lol
Good! by the way you should answer my latest question so I can give you MHO
Lol 🧐 okkk
@Creepazoid Exactly! Totally agreed! Cellulite is awesome too! 😊
@BlueWalker lol but just like everything else in this world too much is always a bad thing
@creepazoid lolololol finally you're making sense!
@arabgoddess what do you mean by finally? Lmao
🙄🙄🙄
It’s fine, I don’t really notice it.
Certainly not a dealbreaker.
Yup, its pretty unattractive.
Fuck yes I do...
That’s disgusting
