Unhealthy isn't usually related to overweight, maybe the higher levels of obesity is like what you say, but a lot of overweight people are physically active and on a healthy diet but they love their shape as it is

I know a lot of slim people good shaped with a lot of health issues, such as high level of cholesterol, high blood pressure, kidney stones and diabetes 2
