Why do some say it is unfeminine for a woman to have even the slighest muscular definition or size?

I mean without using steroids. If that is the genetic potential of woman how is it unfeminne for them to be according to their genetic potential as women?

Women without using steroids can't grow very big muscles. I could barely put on 1kg and a few hundred grams of muscle in my first year of training, it took me half a year to see a difference. Maybe with a trainer I would have gained a bit more. Most guys claim to see a difference in 2 months, and that is naturally, a lot of those very jacked guys are using steroids. Most women would look at most as the woman below (who is too muscular for many). There are of course genetic freaks that can gain more, but still the average woman can at most gain half of what the average man gains, and even for them it takes a lot of time and dedication (plus they have more muscle mass to begin with)
