Use shape wear or a dress that is suited for your body shape
Dark colours. Dresses where there are shapes, eg from colours, that make your waist look slimmer
buy a dress that does not fit you so tightly unless you want everyone to see your fat belly ! thanks
You can't really, not without those abdominal pads that wrap around your torso.
And you shouldn't anyway. There is no need to.

use one of those things you wrap around your waste to burn fat, its like a thing you can tighten, try that, it might be very uncomfortable tho
get a gym membership and use it 3 times a week. and/or lay off the junk food.
Shapewear, Spanx. Long term, you can work it off few months top
Id wear a dress that isn't so fitted but that's just me. Try shape wear. I feel your struggle im a bit chubby and always wanting to hide my stomach.
