Tips on reducing cleavage in a specific dress or covering it up nicely?

I have an interview for an award I won (I'm going to state for it) tomorrow. There's a strict dress code for the interview and I thought I had the perfect dress in my closet. I pulled it out and tried it on and all you notice is BOOBIES!

Does anyone have any tips for covering cleavage up? Or maybe help on adding more fabric to the dress so that it covers my breasts? I thought about wearing a camisole, but the camisoles that I have are all cut too low. A scarf would look odd as well.

Camisoles, bandeaus, and chemisettes are usually really inexpensive. All you need is one for now.

But if you don't have the time or a few dollars to spare, and you're unwilling to wear a scarf, depending on the dress you might be able to wear a basic shirt underneath (I recommend a tight one with long sleeves. Here are some examples:

You could also try wearing a huge statement necklace that's substantial enough to hid your cleavage.

But an easier and better solution would just be to wear a cardigan, shrug, cape, shawl or jacket over it.

Obviously don't wear a heavily padded/pushup bra, even consider going without if it's the right type of dress(for me if the dress is tight it doesn't always need a bra).

Also try a cardigan it doesn't cover up boobies unless you button the top one(but then I feel presidential) It's a good time to get dresses on sale though if you can't manage to hide them

If you know who your being interviewed by and it's men, then show a lot of cleavage. If their is women or a chance their might be women then no cleavage at all. Even the most respectable men subconsciously notice breasts and they favor it.

Just own it. You happen to come with awesome cleavage--it's a part of who you are. And there's nothing wrong with that.
