Guys, need guys' help! how to get this haircut?

My boyfriend and I are finding haircuts that might suit him. The 2 by 3 or korean haircut isn't too much to his liking, and so with the curtain hairstyle. I found this one, and it matches his hair texture, but I don't know how they style it, or what haircut is this called. does anyone have any idea how to get this hair? thank you guys :((

From what I can see...
- It's a type of undercut.
- None of it is shaved. The lower part isn't cut that short.
- The top part is pretty long and must have been done with scissors. It looks like it's about 3 inches all over.
- As far as styling, it looks like it's swept forward and mostly to one side. I'd probably brush it all forward with a hairbrush, then go through it with my fingers to mess it up a bit. That's all you should have to do, once you have everything cut the right length.
