Tattoos themselves are visual expressions and are cool to look at. There are tattoos that are overrated/gross and there are tattoos that aren't.

No, but I don't find them especially attractive either. I think it's important to get tattoos with the understanding that skin changes with time. You aren't going to look the way you do now, forever. And when that skin loosens and does what skin does as it ages, things that may have been sexy at the time will start looking... not sexy...
