I love wearing braids! They look so cute and pretty and then I don't have to brush my hair until I take them out. And when I do take them out my hair is curly so my hairstyle gets changed up. I only just learned to French braid well things year, but my mom's been braiding my hair since I had enough hair to braid. I prefer 2 braids since it tends to be easier for people to do because I have a perfect middle split in my hair. I like Dutch braids best especially since my hair is on the shorter side so it doesn't go past my collar bones in braids so Dutch just adds a little more.

It basically shows you put effort in your looks, plus it looks really good and can be personalized according to your liking. Plus, you won't have to worry about your hair getring super messy. That is how Ido my hair every time I workout, it never bothers me.
Some of you girls are really worrying about silly things. Braids are awesome, it takes some time and effort to braid your hair, a messy bun? What's that take 30 seconds? I'm. Ot impressed my a messy bun, braids are cool, I do t think they make you look immature, I have never thought that about braids, I never put any real though of that level into any hair before now. Maybe they do make you look fun and goofy with bubbly personality which is good, super serious people are boring and suck.
Braids rule, buns drool! LOL
Attractive. Have you ever seen female vikings or nordic women? They're beautiful!

Guurl, you need to stop worrying. This is gorgeous. Nothing should stop you from doing this, being you, expressing yourself. It's absolutely fine (good) putting some effort into your appearance. Think different. Don't try to be like everyone else.
And here's another option/piece of inspiration for you/way to incorporate a braid. That's a very nice hairstyle, not too immature, especially with you still being high-school age. It would even be fine for college girls. This is much better than being boring like the other girls and not styling your hair at all.
I like this hairstyle. My favorite part is the hair that is left hanging at the edges. That makes it look more interesting than just basic braids. Braids keep your hair very healthy and in good condition also. It can help prevent split ends.Braids like the girl in the picture look cute , just don’t like it when girls have “greasy or wet look braids” or box braids. But that’s mainly because the girls who get box braids are usually very arrogant and obnoxious. Fun for nights out but not to have genuine conversation as there personality’s tend to suck ass.
I think they're cute, most of my friends do braids a good bit and sometimes I do too. Crown braids (like waterfall or whatever) seem to be regarded as more childish, but french braids, dutch braids, and two braids like your picture are fine. A surprising number of girls just don't know how to braid their own hair or are too lazy to, that's why they stick to buns.
Looks fine to me. I imagine it's more work to maintain every day than just putting it up in a bun or ponytail, but that's not a bad thing if you don't mind it; it gives you more options. And I don't think it's childish or immature at all; sometimes when I get bored and have nothing else to do, I'll make little braids in my beard.
why would you be insecure about braids lol. it's just a hairstyle. and it's no one of those that would get people to be like wtf like it's not pigtails, a mulet, or anything like that.
or else they're cute pers. they're not an immature style at all, esp like the ones in the pic.More like decorative, not very practical and it easily can start to look dirty if you don't undo it before you wash. That's a lot of work which means people skip it and start looking unclean which causes it to look bad. It better to leave it free and just make it curly for the extra details.
How does one’s brain work to even form the opinion, that something that can be viewed as heritage and culture related as immature or childish? So, if they don’t look like me and
have hair texture like me, it’s childish, unprofessional and inappropriate?
Only here in America!Braids to me are cute and attractive, but that is my perception of how I see them. Hair is an individuals self image, meaning you wear your hair however it makes you feel the most comfortable. Hell I where my in a top knote and never once care about what others think.
It’s pretty and nice, you put effort in your hair, good for you! The messy bun actually bothers me lol.
Be your own unique self. Don't pay attention to the other girls. I'm 44 years old and still wear my hair in two ponytails like I did when I was a young girl.
I think braids are stylish. You should wear what makes you feel pretty.I think they're cute and attractive looking. Ofc some people don't suit braids but that's something else
I like braids that are creative and stand out. This one is beautiful.
I personally really like to see a girl with them. Makes their faces stands out. A pony tail or a bun also do that, but braids look way better!
Hi prison mike. I like it and I think it's cute and attractive. Do you. Don't let others make you conform.
No. Pigtails is typically the sign of immaturity, but even then, my girlfriend is 23 and she puts her hair up in pigtails sometimes. It's not a big deal, don't sweat it. Her hair in that picture looks fantastic.
Lately reminds me of the one Nazi climate change girl. Globalist elites attempting to destroy the world, Greta is just controlled, probably being pimped out as well.
I personally fine braids to be a very cute and innocent hairstyle! Once my hair is long enough I plan to braid it, so I don't see a problem with it at all!
Attractive and cute? I think so, not as much as open hair mostly but depends from person to person.
Childish and immature? Only when worn like pippi longstockingI am kind of indifferent. As long as it looks good. Maybe the super thin braids are bad.
