Which tights denier is the best one?

In a way it's my first experience with them, I never wore them before, I would like to start wearing them occasionally.

I can't really decide which level of denier is the best and most convenient.

Also I'm curious which one do you personally like the most?

I mostly wear opaques for work (40-60 den). More durable and look better imho.
