E, the pants are too high and the ruffles don't right. D, the 2 sets of pockets in the pants looks off and the top is unzipped too much, it doesn't look natural. C, those heels are high AF and look super painful, those gloves have holes in them, they look like wannabe gangster gloves, as well as the jacket which only covers her shoulders. B, the handkerchief looks out of place, the jacket is too far open, the chain on the belt doesn't fit, as well as the dress shirt sleeves protruding beyond the jacket looks bad too. A, way too much leather, a suit is meant to be a dress outfit that is simple but elegant, making it all leather and one color makes it too shiny so it comes off the eyes wrong as well as there is no diversity in the colors so it is just bland, she also hides the only bit of separate color with a suit vest, that makes her chest protrude too much and doesn't match color-wise, the sleeves of the dress shirt also protrude beyond the jacket which just looks bad. and there you go, that is why they are weird.
