As long as it's modest enough to wear in public, people should wear whatever they want. But you asked for a personal opinion so here goes:
I don't know much about fashion, but I do know that overweight people tend to be more conservative about their clothing for fear of being fatshamed or just a self image issue.
If it's the first, then there's nothing stopping them, if it's the second then it's their own choice. Some people can't accept it and it's really hard to try to make them feeling welcome.
Which is why maybe they can start gettting courage to wear anything they want if they see others similar to them wearing as well.
So in the end. yes. If they feel cute in wearing croptop, s they should wear them without restriction.
Technically, they are free to do so. We live in a free society here in the west. They simply have to deal with the fact that they will be turning off people left to right. The woman in your picture happens to be far better than the majority of "plus sized" (you mean fat) women out there. Take your average "plus size" girl and her lovehandles will make her outfit look hideous. I think these people should worry more about losing their weight and lead a healthy lifestyle than to worry about what society thinks of them because of them being fat.
As someone who was once plus, I avoided crop tops because I did not find them flattering on my body. Now that I’m slim, I do love crop tops because I want to show my body, rather than hide it. “Should” they be able to? If they feel confident wearing them and are unfazed by peoples whispers and stares, then by all means! However, there are much more flattering top options for plus sized women that are just as sexy.
I don’t really think many people can pull off a crop top unless they have a teeny tiny muscular or flat stomach. I don’t like crop tops as fashion either. Any time skin or fat it hanging over clothing, it looks sloppy in my opinion. But people are going to wear what they want.
-----------Not everyone is a "shapely" plus size woman in the photo. Guys or Girls should feel comfortable in their own skin and wear what they want. Let's be honest though there are plenty of men and women wearing stuff they shouldn't. Period.
Crop tops these days are abundantly available in may sizes and styles. If it looks good I say go for it. If it doesn't look good, I won't be clothing you so also go for it.
With the high waist jeans and layered looks, crop tops can be tastefully done and look great on various body types.
I do not care, but I personally don't find it attractive if very plus sized women do, like a drooping belly hanging out is a turn off for me. Though a plus size woman with a belly in a crop top doesn't bother me just not a very large or flabby belly. If they are comfortable wearing it they should though, they just wouldn't attract me lol
Of course. Tho Crop tops are evil... They always make me jealous. I will see a Top with a cool design then read it's a crop top and then there is no male, Hoodie or just top equal to that design. A band i liked had a really cool one but the art print on it was just on that crop top only.
I don't like fatties dping what skinny models do. It look grose or funny at best. But some man like it. Ofc they can but if it was up to me we would shame them into oblivion to stop overeating. They are comfort eating addicts. No different to me like a heroine addict... It hurts my eyes to see it...
If it's worn tastefully sure, but I would say the same with most 'thin' people too, not too much stomach showing valve the crop top and bottom out, not too tight or short
There are just somethings one should not do even if allowed. Some large women can wear a crop top like some large women can wear a thong bathing suit BUT a 5ft 5 in 350 pound woman noooo. A 5ft 5in 350 pound man in a speedo NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Thats waaaaaay beyond good taste.

It depends the girl in the picture is fine but someone on my 600 pound life dear god no. There are big girls and there are fat girls, you can be big and wear it but if you’re fat please refrain. Same goes for men
Of course they are "able" to, but I don't think that's what you're asking. Are you asking if it's something I personally enjoy seeing on a plus sized girl? That's a totally different question.
Yes, ofcourse. Aslong as they feel comfortable, and are prepared for some criticism (because nobody can do anything these days without receiving some unnecessary criticism) . They're not causing any harm

If she looks like that yes but if she’s got a belly that’s hanging over like a muffin top then no.
Most fat girls are NOT like the woman in the photo. Most have flubby bellies which is unattractive in a crop top. Just saying. Fat is not healthy or attractive. I don't want o see it on a man or woman. Please keep it covered.
@Daniela1982 Because I'm a guy and girls don't do that sort of stuff. Also, I don't think guys would even mind much if a girl did that. Part of it is that you've been trained from early on that nobody's allowed to touch yours. We never got that kind of training. Probably, after a couple generations of topless women go by, it won't matter anymore and you won't have to worry about it. There's numerous tribes and cultures, even very civilized ones, that spend most of their lives naked or at least topless. There's a Free The Nipple movement and a lot of guys are participating but, from what I can see, none of them are walking around grabbing the tits of ANY of the topless women in the group.
They should wear what feels good, what empowers them, and what feels comfy on their bodies. It's up to them whether they feel confident enough

The female pictured in the attachment is allowed to wear crop tops. We as men just dont want to see a woman that looks like the michelin man wearing that crop top and having all the tires sticking out.
They can wear whatever makes them most comfortable, and nobody can say anything if you dont like it dont watch, because at the end of the day, only opinion that is importan is that of person who is wearing that

You ask for an opninon, but it is a fact that fat women can wear crop tops. It isn't even possible to have an opinion in this case because this isn't a subjective matter.
Its a subjective matter do you think they "should" be able to, about the individual, obviously their is no law if they can or can't, anyone can wear that they want
No, it is not subjetive because they should be able to do it regardless of what anyone thinks, unless the crop top doesn't fit them.
If you're asking me whether or not I think they look attractive then I can give yoy my opinion as that IS a subjective matter. If you meant this then your question needs to be rephrased.
Asking if "plus-sized" women SHOULD be able to wear something is equivalent to asking whether or not it is possible for them to wear that thing. In this case, the only answer is "Yes, as long as they are able to put it on".
I knew what you meant immediately (because people love to phrase things like SJWs) but I'm correcting you for the future. If you ask questions in this way, you'll get into unnecessary arguments and it will be your fault because you weren't accurate in your wording.
To answer what you actually meant to ask, I think some look nice and some don't but I'm not attracted to any unless they've got visible abs, but I have yet to see a woman who is "plus-sized" and has abs.
I say go for it if she wants to wear one. If my girlfriend who is a bigger woman wanted to wear one I woild not try to stop her overall just if it was not appropriate for where we were going.
