It's pretty, but I think it would be better for a summer's day. Also, ease up on the push-up bra and plunging neckline. You're very attractive already - the overkill on the boobs makes it look like you are trying too hard, and there's no need, since you are gorgeous.

I live in Australia, but I have European heritage - and we have a golden rule: if an outfit is revealing on the top, don't reveal too much on the bottom, and vice versa. So, if you want to show a little cleavage (without the pushup bra, please)... then don't wear a mini skirt. If you wear a short skirt, cover up top. It's still very sexy and way more elegant and mysterious.

I think a halter neck white maxi dress with some statement earrings would look amazing on you for a school dance.
