Why do some people age really badly?

The food that they eat the stressful life they lead the happier you can live your life be younger you're going to look the more fresh you're going to look when you're stressed out all that stress who's going to your face exit squishes everything up and makes you look old that's why there's a lot of questions about sex on here because it's one of the most beautiful feelings in the world and keep your vibrant, healthy happy

I've been lucky. My beard has a bit of grey in, but I don't look much different than 30 years ago. I've got a friend who's convinced I'm actually immortal and expects me to die by broadsword. I think he's jealous though. Last time we went for a drink the waitress thought he was older than me. I'm actually ten years older than him 😆

It's mostly genetics. You age at the age and IQ your parents have aged for the most part (Higher IQ actually causes you -at least women- to age slower and IQ is inherited via the X chromosome for the most part. So> Choose smart women to breed with, o males of the world!).

I know that’s the classical view of IQ but recent studies are disproving it (like how mother-daughter iq’s in the same household don’t differ more than 10 pts. - look it up please :))

Genetics and life challenges. I've see girls I graduated from high school with that have a bunch of kids and look like they are drug addicts, maybe they are.

I've also seen 65 year old men that look 35 or 40... working on farms and stuff.

Maybe they just don't take care of themselves. I had a guy here today that looked like he was in his late 70's to early 80's and could hardly walk or see well in the daytime and, while we were talking, he mentioned going to school and being friends with a friend of mine that's at least 3 or 4 years younger than me! at the moment, I may have grey hair (thanks, mom!) but if my band suddenly got back together and wanted to do another 4 hour show tonight, I'd be ready to get back up behind the drums and mach shau!!! Even WITHOUT having rehearsed in 25 years or even touched my drums in almost 7!!
About 20 years ago, I saw a guy talking with someone on a bus and he eventually asked them how old they thought he was. They said, thirty-something (I figured as much, too), he said he was in his 60's!!
My dad died at 81. At his funeral, one of his buddies from where he used to work asked me how old dad was. I told him, 81 and he was shocked!! He said, "I can't believe he's even 61!!"

Genome, Experiences and dumb luck (or the lack of it).

For many years very few people who didn’t know me could get closer than 10 years when guessing my age. I just looked quite a bit younger than my years.

That edge has largely disappeared now. But, even so, no one EVER guesses me OLDER than my years.

It has to do with a combination of their genetics, and if they have done drugs and/or smoked. The more they did that stuff, the worse they look. When one mf my uncles was 50 he looked older than my grandfather that was 80 at the time. Drugs and alcohol affect people a lot.

I don't do any of that stuff and many people that don't personally know me think I am 28 to 30.

Lifestyle is the main culprit. Drinking , drugs, poor diet, and the worst thing is smoking. Some people just do not take good care of themself.
Genetics also plays a role/ I know lots of 60-70 year olds that look very good for somebody in their 40s/

I have some classmates that were smoking hot in school, and now they look like they are in their 70's. Smoking is by far the worst, heavy drinking, drugs, and some of it can be simply genetics.

Stress, not at peace within! too much sunshine ruining skin.

smoking wrecks blood vessels and causes wrinkles.

There's many potential factors. From genes, to medical conditions, to unhealthy lifestyles (years of alcoholism, chain smoking, drug consumption, etc. will make you age much quicker), or whatever else.
