Personally man you gotta lose the fat first off, but second off I think depends on you’re face shape and how lean you are, grow out you’re hair a bit more, and become more confident. A lot of being attractive isn’t always the physical looks in it. It’s a lot about confidence, how well you carry yourself and how secure you are in yourself

Lose the fat and get into a healthy body weight from there work on strength and muscle building. You'll get more built, leaner and your features will be sharper.

What it was is that I found her on a dating site where her profile said she is 18. She disclosed later she was actually 17, but she and her parents were fine with it.
