Do you wear your wedding ring even when you are at home, or only out in public?

I wear my wedding ring 24/7. Asleep, in the shower, on the couch, at the store... all the time.

I don't wear my actual diamond set at work given the nature of my job (police) but I wear a silicone ring that would easily tear if necessary. But I have a ring on my hand at all times.

My wedding ring isn't uncomfortable. I can wear it 24/7. It's my engagement ring that I have to remove often, especially when I sleep, because of the ring's pronounced head, prongs, shoulders, shank, etc.

I'm just curious; I don't know anything about this stuff.

@Jamie05rhs It's personal to me. I like looking at both rings together on my finger. I'm proud of my husband's gesture to me. My friends also wear both whenever we're out together but I don't know what their reasons are for doing so.

I am constantly using my hands, and my ring finger can vary up to 1.5 sizes in a day. I have my official diamond wedding band (which needs to be adjusted), but I also have an engraved stainless steel which I wear on the outside.

You don't need to wear a wedding ring to show you're married or show off. I find wearing wedding rings repulsive. But i like rings with other accessory style.
