Is it turn off when a girl has some grey hair in her 20s? What can you do against premature grey hair?

I got about 10 white hair. I dont know whether i got it due to genetics or stress but i am very scared and worried since it may get worse.

From my experience it is not.. it is not even something men (or women) in general notice when it is only just a few, at least not a first. Need to get pretty close and like play with your hair, and if they are at that stage I don't believe it will turn them off :D
I began getting a few grey/white hair at ~20, not ever did I have a man show he was turned off when he noticed, some even found them cute :S. And most did not even realise I had them until I directly pointed it out.
I have more now but still not something people always see at first glance (depends on the light how noticeable it is).
I don't think there is much to do, it is mostly genetics.. so maybe ask your parents how their hair has evolved.

Do you drinking vitamins? If not, you may lack vitamins that can help the nutrition of your hair. I don't have that concern but my friends do. Multivitamins were able to help them.

1. Drink proper water and get lots of protein.
2. Make sure you get proper b complex vitamins and vitamin D in your diet and magnesium to counter stress.
3. My dad had a TON of gray hair and started taking a Chinese herb called Pe Min Kan Wan aka plum flower extract. His hair started visibly darkening and he firmly believed it was due to the supplement.
4. Stress. Manage it. I have several grey hairs here and there. My girlfriend has guy coworkers younger than me in stressful manager jobs who are very very gray at under 30.

I’m reminded of a time I saw a woman about 40 who had gone gray and was just stunning. More recently I saw another woman, probably mid-40’s, who had gone gray but tinted it lavender and she was quite attractive. Keep your skin healthy, that’s much more important. No tobacco, no sun.

I had a classmate in school who had gray hair in the fourth grade and was completely gray and white by the 7th grade so you can't fight genetics and I don't think there's anything wrong with gray hair at any age. It is not necessarily an indication of age or general overall physical health or vitality.

Genetics. Nothing you can do to prevent. I had a few shiny silver strands come in on top at 24 and that was it, same age as every female in my family. I actually liked it. Kinda magical.

It's pretty common. So many women color their hair. Making it something you don't notice much. As it gets covered up by the dye.

Only in the last 3 months she noticed 3-4 grey hairs popping up.

Once you start getting grey hair , it keeps getting more and more over time. Your parents and grandparents hair will give you an idea how grey you'll be when you're older

It's really not that big of a deal. I have some gray hair on the left side of my head. It's probably due to stress but it could be genetic because my sister has the exact same thing.

The only thing you can do about it is use hair dye. Even a temporary rinse would work, if you don’t want to use harsh chemicals on your hair.

That’s not a problem having 10 white hairs but I’ve heard if you pick them more comes. If you really start going gray then you’ll have to dye your hair for the rest of your life. Hopefully you won’t have a problem
