I have a hard time saying its not conventional, classy or conservative because of the nipple thing. I mean guys can wear classy pants and you can still see the bulge... its not his fault that they do not make stylish pants that hide a man larger than average penis... and is that a bad thing?

The women looks like a classy, sexy and self respecting women.

I consider it to be a modest dress. Are you wearing a bra? It looks like you are to me. Especially if you're wearing a bra I don't see anything wrong about your nipples. It's normal for the outline of nipples to become visible sometimes and it shouldn't be an issue.

Yes, but you may need to wear a padded bra, because the 1st thing I saw was your pointy nipples.

If the no bra look is what you're going for, then you got it girl; it doesn't scream conservative, but it'll turn some heads.

The nipples appearing through the fabric definitely ruins the conservativeness of the dress. Wearing a camisole or slip would help with that.
