Can't be conservatively dressed if you're showing your tits. Cleavage = "too much skin to be conservatively dressed." Not that I think it's bad looking, but definitely not work appropriate.

it's not conservative but not that risque... actually it's a very sexy dress without being too revealing... or too flaunting... i'll leave it as very sexy very nice dress and you shouldn't be ashamed to wear it because you are a woman... and it's not slutty by any means.
