Accept it as them being nice and are saying you are pretty

If I really analyze everything, OK, I can see that your sleeves do hide thin arms. Your arms and hands are help in a particular way as to make me think that you may have loose shoulder joints, arguably more common in thinner people. But you still look good to me. I had a massage client years ago who was certainly thinner than you: she wanted more pressure, but I felt I would break her if I went much harder.
