hello everyone. I have a huge issue with my hair. I am a fitness person , I eat clean and healthy and drink a lot of water.
2 years ago I cut my hair a short bob and after a year , when it was at shoulder length I did some bleach and then a botched dyes which destroyed my hair.
I am doing keratin treatment since and now I use olaplex I
massage my scalp , take supplements for hair nail and skin, put oils etc.
My hair is at the same length dor over a year and I have only cut them like 5 cm in total.
They were a little higher than the chest but they were only dead ends and fryer. So I cut them again at my collarbone..
What should I do more?
I am trying to grow them 2 years...

PS. The dye was only an ombre so the roots remained untouched

You should stop putting chemicals on your head. Don't do any more topical treatment. I suppose the supliments are ok. Women go crazy y'all so convince the shit you put on your head do no harm and are even healthy. Who knows what other kinda shit is in that stuff. I use conditioner and argan oil, that's it, apply sparingly and skip a day or two here and there to rebuild natural oils.

Take a break from putting a lot of chemicals on your hair and just use regular shampoo and conditioner but don't wash your hair every day do it every other 2 days

Have you tried minoxidil (Rogain) or PRP injections? I've read somewhere they can stimulate hair regrowth, but you should consult your dermatologist about this
