So my sister is 18 and began thinning at the front of her hair back in August. After applying/massaging an oil consisting of aloe vera, coconut oil, fenugreek, and curry leaves for 7-8 weeks straight (3x a week), the front of her hairline grew back full/dark again after 7 weeks.
My question is, I'm a guy that's turning 23 years old in a few weeks and I currently have a thick/full head of hair with moderate temple thinning/hairline recession. Could this work for me too? Let me know your experiences as well.

Hey man, it seems like that oil treatment worked really well for your sister's hair growth. Some thoughts on if it could help with your temple thinning:
- Hair growth is influenced by genetics, hormones, age, etc. so what helps one person may not always directly translate.
- However, those ingredients like aloe vera, coconut oil, and fenugreek are known to stimulate follicle activity and increase blood circulation to the scalp. Could definitely benefit thinning areas.
- Massaging the scalp routinely with it helps stimulate those follicles too. The gentle pressure may encourage dormant hairs to grow back in.
- Worth giving it a shot! At your age, maintaining what you have is the goal. Preventing further loss is a win. Starting early is smart.
- Stick with it consistently for 8 weeks like she did. Hair growth cycles take time. As long as you see any new tiny baby hairs sprouting up, it's working slowly.
- Could also see a doc if thinning concerns you long term. Sometimes treatments alongside natural remedies work best.
- But this oil method is inexpensive and has helped before. Low risk to try! Just commit to the routine. Let me know if you see progress man. Fingers crossed it fills in any sparse spots for you too.
i doubt it, no "cause" for hair by that.
