Looks repulsive. This is why vintage dresses are skirts are superior to skinny jeans and yoga pants. They can look flattering on any body and will hide things like this while creating an hourglass shape.

And, sorry to all the yoga pant obsessed females out there, but I disagree that yoga pants are the greatest for women. They don't hide anything and they're not slimming whatsoever.
