Do most women wear too much make up or put too much emphasis on it?

I think make up should enhance, not change how you look completely so you look like someone else without it. What do you think?

Women have different reasons as to why they wear make-up.
It can be used as an art form, and there is some serious skill required in it as well.

Let them do what they are most comfortable with, and you can decide what you're into.
It's not like you cannot see those who use more make-up than those who don't.

Sure I don't judge people. Anyone can do what they want. In Magazine covers, TV and fashion magazines, sure make up can be art, But in real life I see a lot women just piling it on and most of it doesn't look good. I don't say anything to them, they can look like they want. I just think less is more appealing.

In my area, I don't see many with a lot of make-up on.

I have a close friend who has alternative make-up where it's literally art on her eyes and everything. But she also has her reasons.

Sure some of it looks good, and some of it looks bad. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

They can do whatever they want and go as far as they want with their makeup. I do prefer a more subtle look though.
