Depending on your skin tone, you can try using an orange/red/peach color corrector and follow it up with a concealer (one shade lighter) if you want to brighten your under eyes or a shade which matches your skin tone if you want something more natural.

I have dark circles too. You can try using a cold compress. It works wonders. I have noticed that my dark circles have become lighter!
