might be a cyst not a
pimple. use a little
cortisone to bring down the swelling, see if a head forms.
go to Dr. Pimple popper on youtube ans see if you can find a Similar pimplish thing
That looks like a cyst and might be infected. See a dermatologist.
Ice on pimples helps reduce inflammation and redness on the pimple and do this 2 to 3 times daily

It needs medical attention but in the meantime like everyone's been telling you peppermint, mint, or tea tree oil... It won't hurt to try it until you see a doc
I had something the size of a quarter under my armpit one time when I had no medical insurance basically all I could use was toothpaste and tea tree oil until it shrunk eventually I got a head but it was awful trying to clear it up myself it took months

Get some Panoxyl Acne Foaming Wash. That stuff works.
Put some tea tree oil on it and aloe vera, it help getting ride of pimple faster.

In South America where my wife grew up if a kid had a mole or a pimple on their forehead they'd call that kid "timbre", which means "doorbell".
