How do you feel about getting "dressed up" or "glammed up"?

I love it! The only bad part about it is that if my make up gets ruined it takes a while to fix or if my outfit gets ruined I need to change or else having glammed up makeup with a ruined outfit doesn't feel right.

I am trying to do it more often for non work stuff. Unfortunately I’m still probably considered pretty damned ugly by most women. It seems a bit of a waste sometimes. I don’t feel more handsome, I’m probably treated about the same.

I’m ok with a shower and cologne because I don’t want to smell horrible or feel gross all the time…

But sometimes I need to because it’s expected or I want to match what others are doing, or I do it for work. Make a good impression on people. But getting dressed up seems like a chore. And I have to put up with finding stuff in great condition that fits and doesn’t make me look bad.

What you said is so so true. As a guy I may not feel it. But I have seen the girls in our class dress up for numerous functions. One girl particularly is always, literally presentable. She is awesome. Just like you are!

I love getting dressed up because I dont do it offen enought as for i think a little bit of a sun tan and you are ready to go.. I know you like what you like and that's cool and that the way you should do it. And I can see how detailed you are with your makeup I mean that is Blended in detail every centimeter of it it looks good but I think you would glow just as beautiful with just a little bit of sun

Love it every now and then. I used to do this every single day for about 3 years straight to the point where my friends never saw me in anything but a dress or outfit with a skirt, heels on, hair and makeup done everyday and I got so tired of it. Well I can say we love it too when you get glammed up. But it looks like nothing can mess you up.

I had a few occasions where someone painted my face. It was such a relaxing and wonderful feeling to have my face touched like that.
I wonder if having someone put your make up on you is like that for you.

It's really easy for guys because other guys don't pass judgement on each other.. We can wear a suit and that is considered acceptable by all.

BUT... for girls? YIKES..

I once dated a girl who invited me as her plus one to a wedding reception. She was wearing almost the identical dress as someone else, and it felt like a cataclysmic event on SUCH a global scale? that at that very moment, I understood what the dinosaurs must of felt when the asteroid struck!!!
