An American friend told me that i should move to USA, because many American men are attracted to my appearance, i'd get many men according to her. but i'm very typical light skinned, naturally black hair, good features, and my body is ok. Do American men find brazilian/latina women attractive?

I don’t think it’s smart to move to an entirely different country just because of the dating pool of men. Sure there are absolutely men who prefer Latina women, but there is no guarantee you will find a partner, then you will feel defeated because you uprooted yourself life for nothing. Find more purpose in moving. Do research on your own outside of what your friend says, because it’s just juvenile to make such big choices based off one persons influence. Form your own opinions and find a bigger purpose in moving than this.
