Any body have any advice on applying vinyl adhesive to furniture? And if I wanted to switch it up to something different, how easy is it to remove?

Doesn't seem like a good idea. You may need a chemical remover later on. And those things are stinky and caustic.

Oooh I see.
Hmm. Yeah this is primarily a drawer and shelf liner. It will work on completely flat surfaces, and it wouldn't even always necessarily need the adhesive if you're placing objects on top of it (like a heavy cutlery divider).
It should also work on a flat dining table top. But I wouldn't attempt it on anything with curves. The vinyl isn't thin enough to fit snugly into curves, nooks, etc.
As for the adhesive, I couldn't tell you how easily it will come off later. Probably fairly easily, but also you do run the risk of damaging the surfaces you put it on.
I would never put this on wood. But any other smooth surface, sure.
