Depends on your age but could be hormonal. In which case you need to speak to your doctor to get the right hormonal treatments.
If it's just your shitty diet, then it's not going to improve until you give up the fried foods and excessive sugar.
Blemishes happen. If you are concerned with it, and the regular stuff from the store doesn’t take care of it, get with a Dermatologist.

My wife has a few acne spots and rosasia, or whatever its called. But its not that big a deal.
It's normal to have acne at your age, You still look Attractive, I felt that way when I was your age and I didn't want to look in the mirror either.
Pale is great. See a dermatologist for advice about the acne. It will pass.
