College is not a scam if you use what you learn. I'm very capable of paying back my college debt. In fact, I started early because I got a job making more than 20% more than what I would be making without a degree. People that preach that college is a scam have unreal expectations of the working world. It's not that bad.

It can be a scam.. A lot of Universities do scam people out of all that money because they know the government will just pay them back.. So, they can raise the prices while suckering people into debt to pay them.. I think if you know how to really work the system and get out as soon as possible college will do you good..

One girl I talked to got a masters in genetics. And she had to do entire semesters worth of the most useless classes you could think of.
