Where I work, we were required to wear masks from the time you get out of the car, until you were eating or in a bathroom stall, and until you get back to your car. 20 minute outdoor walk to the office across a large manufacturing campus. So usually 730am-12pm I wouldn't take a break unless I went to the restroom or had an early lunch. The surgical masks aren't bad. If I wore a second mask to cover my big beard that would be a little tougher, but after a few days you just get used to it.
Around 4 hours. I ate or had a drink and put it on again. When I finally get home to avoid it for the night then about 10 hours.
