Is there a such thing as objective beauty, or is beauty really subjective/in the eyes of the beholder?

Both.

Beauty is subjective on the individual level, because different people have different tastes.

But it can also be objective, in that you can determine the tastes of a large group (realizing that there will be a few outliers) and that is going to be the objective standard for that group.

A different group, especially one that is isolated from the first group, may have a very different objective standard of beauty, sure. But within a given group, you can reasonably figure out what the standard is.

Eyes of the beholder. I find women beautiful. I'm not attracted to men. But I also find some trans women beautiful. But I'm not gay, but think a penis on a woman is attractive. I also find tattoos attractive

Beauty is subjective but there are some things which are commonly thought of as attractive such as clear skin, straight teeth and a symmetrical face.
