Your response, begs a question. You apparently were born with nice features, bone structure, et cetera, and yet you want to be "Stunning"? I'm not sure if you have a realistic grip on reality? Most people would kill to be attractive or "pretty".
I have been described a "handsome" by some very pretty women, BUT I understand that I will never look like a 'young' Brad Pitt, or a 'young' Tom Cruise? Certainly if you are happy with your appearance with regard to how people view you, you need to revise your 'expectation's of what is possible for you. I don't know whether to refer you to a plastic surgeon or a cosmologist?

Since I reread the question. You think that you pretty. But you think that you could be prettier through surgery. What are the flaws that you think you have and think that they could be improved on?
If you stay natural. You know what you have. If you have surgery and the doctor messes up. Who knows what you will end up looking like!
