Do you cover your hair in the shower if you’re not planning on washing it?

I heard it’s not good to overuse shampoo in your hair, so if I need to take a shower do you think I should cover my hair with a cloth of some kind?

I would say either use a shower cap or don’t worry about getting it wet when the issue is with shampoo not water. But the high bun could work depending on your shower, hight, and the water pressure.

I usually put my hair in a claw clip to keep it out of the way.
