Is this thong bikini appropriate to wear as a mum on holiday?

I really like this bikini but I'm worried it's not appropriate as a mum to wear on holiday with my family. I like it a lot and this sort of bikini wouldn't be uncommon on the beaches where we're going but I want to look and feel good but also be appropriate as a mum!

Honest opinion it depends a lot on the kids. If it's just u and ur husband absolutely. Being a mom doesn't mean u can be sexy.

If the kids are with u I think it's best to gage the kids comfort level. I had a friends who mom would dress very sexy and she had a good body too so good for her. However it made him uncomfortable. She wore clothing that's tended to be a bit see through, thong bikinis, and was prone to nip slips. He didn't like seeing his mom bits and pieces and he hated his friends checking her out. So I would say for his sake she should have been a bit more covered around him and his friends. I had another friends. Also had an attractive mom. I guessing it was normal for her to be topless at home. She would put a shirt on when his guest were over but there was quite a few times he just brought me over and she didn't know and she would walk in and be like Oops and then come back with a short on. I was stunned the first time but my friend could give less of a shit. Also even with guest chances are she didn't wear a bra and I'm guessing she was a d or c so pretty obvious and quite the view. Friend once again seemed unbother. Probably was just normal for him. So just take the kids comfort into consideration of they will be with you.

Also be realistic about what u wear and the risk. I love my girlfriend in small bathing suite tops and thong buttons. Gotta be realistic tho. When she bends over in ut chances are ull be able to see some of her asshole or some of her vagina lips mat peak out. Small tops nip slips are a real possibility. Can't get mad when those happen. So of u wear that around ur kids just be careful nit to traumatized them with that. Also if u have daughters realize what they see u wear is what they will see as appropriate. Not that there anything wrong just make sure ur comfortable with that.

All in all have a great vacation. Mom's can certainly be sexy and it's fine. Feel yourself you deserve it. Just know ur kids and don't traumatized them 😂

I’m split on this. As a man to me if your body looks as good as that in the pic as a milf I’d love to see you in it. So of course men are going to look. If it was somewhere where it was just adults it wouldn’t be a problem. Well I take that back it would be a problem to some women who couldn’t fit into something like that or look good in it. A majority of men don’t complain about women wearing things like this, especially if she looks good. It’s usually other women. Now if you’re somewhere where there’s kids, may be a little different. I don’t like the women who say yes girl wear it embrace yourself, love who you are, don’t worry about what others think, etc. I get that, but there’s also having respect for others as well especially if there’s kids around. I think it looks good. Let me say this, the front looks perfect, the back probably looks even more perfect as I like a girl w a nice back side, but w kids around the backside is the questionable side lol I hope that makes sense.

I think that it's a bit toooo showy because you're with your children, but then again it would probably look good on you so i think you should wear it but wear a coat or something on top so you can cover yourself a bit.

It's not what you wear but how you wear it.

As a mother you're supposed to set a good example, your sons need to know that women can be honorable and your daughters need to learn how to have real standards.

That means if you wear this you won't be able to block out the looks and maybe the comments but you will be able to control how you respond, where you draw the line, how much do you humor it or invite it.

An easy option would be to go with something a bit more subtle but if you're set on this one just don't let control how your own children see you.

If it fits you nicely, and you feel good in it, then go for it! It looks like it covers all the important parts that need to be covered, so don't let the thought of some old stick in the mud discourage you.

Sure! If you're worried, you could always bring a cover-up you like too, and if you do feel judged or want to cover up more just put it on. I don't think you should have to cover up just because of what other people may think, and I doubt anyone will think you're being inappropriate. But if you're the type who is hyper-aware and hates/fears confrontation it may be good to be able to cover up, just for your own comfort on the off chance someone does decide to be a jerk to you.
