I like my outfits better with a flat chest and can’t afford my reduction yet so any hacks would be appreciated

There are minimizing bras for sale for large-breasted women. Invest in a few of those. I think they are quite expensive: likely near $100 or more because few companies make them and make them well. Find reviews of them through reliable agencies: i. e. Consumer Reports, and contact plastic surgeons in your area about such brands.

And, also, see if you can find a BOARD CERTIFIED plastic surgeon who specializes in breast reductions, to see if he or she does a few surgeries pro bono, or at minimal costs. If you have good health insurance, with your size breasts, a reduction would be medically advised for your back and to prevent further shoulder scarring and contractions.

A good surgeon will likely be able to reduce your breast size to a D cup. But, it is unrealistic for you to think you will be able to become flat-chested.

To reduce the appearance of your breasts, wear darker colors from your neck to your waist. Avoid busy patterns. Solids are concealing. Don't wear low-cut tops. Avoid bright colors. If you want to wear them, use them below your waist and add bright colors to your hair. Use any means to bring the eye below your waist or above your neck. Good makeup keeps eyes on your face. If you have great legs, show them off at every opportunity.

Wear bracelets and rings, if you like them. They also take the eye away from the body.

Avoid necklaces. Fancy belts can be attractive and bring the eye to the waist level. Good luck!

Try a primadonna bra it does create a nice slim perky look under clothing (they really are like no other bra even but a little pricey), without compressing and creating a bulky look like most minimizing styles. Im not judging you but have you tried losing some weight, for me I’m a Uk 32G cup and when I did a lot of cardio they were much smaller like c/d and firmer even though my body wasn’t much thinner. Working out your core to support your back more will make so much difference. Make sure you understand breast reduction scars can often look really ugly you might not end up the size or shape you want to be either, make sure it’s something you won’t regret I know 2 women that did regret it.

If you want to look skinny hangout with fat people & in your case if you want your boobs to look smaller hangout with ladies with bigger boobs.

I have DDs, and it seems wearing black or any other dark color makes them look smaller. The drawback though is you'll be pretty hot in the summertime.

I am also H cup 36 H but i admire them as it's rare where i live try to wear minimizing bra as it's said it gives illusion of small boobs to some extent

sport bras layered- i used to have a double g boobs, i used to wear double sport bras in a way to bind them down
