Is it possible to get curly hair from straight hair naturally?

My hair has been pin straight until puberty, after puberty it is relatively straight but extremely tangly, dry and frizzy, is there anyone who got curly hair naturally from this? Does my hair have any curl/wave? Sometimes it air dries with little bit of waves.

Oh, yeah. This has happened to me. My hair went from straight as fuck to wavy. The waves are much more pronounced now than it was a few months ago. I’m not sure if it is because of the humidity or a change in my stress levels/sleep cycle. Sometimes, it’s just genetics. Try following the scrunch method and see if your hair naturally forms curls/waves. You might have curly/wavy hair then.

It’s better to stick with water, shampoo, conditioner; and a hair mask once a week. If your hair doesn’t form wave patters naturally, it’s better to leave it straight. I ruined my hair and got terrible split ends when I started curling it.

You don’t need an account to browse a bit through the internet rather than the app! I just think it’s worth a shot, there’s so many helpful vids there and not each one uses many products. I’ve seen towel methods, diffusing tools, etc etc.

Maybe. My hair is turning lighter and it looks like I have natural highlights at times. Hair has a mind of it's own I guess lol
